John Mills-Cockell is a Canadian composer living on Vancouver Island. John is currently working on a new opera, with Ken Gass of Factory Theatre, with assistance from the Canada Council)
John is also starting work on the score and musical direction for the Phoenix Theatre (UVIC) production of "The Wind in the Willows". Brian Richmond, Chair of UVIC Drama department will be directing.
